Description
The test measures the willingness and ability to build personal relationships, i.e.. the ability to use verbal and nonverbal links to support successful collaborations. Those with low values are less interested in connecting to others and are more difficult to interact with. A high value range indicates that the test person likes to connect with others and expresses himself / herself in this process. Generally, you are motivated to connect even if your individual contribution cannot be clearly identified.
