Nőtt a betegforgalom a sürgősségi osztályokon, az új ügyeleti rendszer óta

Sokan inkábbb a sürgősségi osztályra mennek, ha baj van- nyilatkozott az RTL Híradónak egy budapesti kórház ápolónője.

Egy vidéki kórház orvosa pedig 10 százalékos növekedésről beszélt. Nyilatkozata szerint a várakozási idő is megnőtt, nem mindig tudják az adott műszakba érkező összes beteget megvizsgálni. Szerinte ez elkeseredettséget, hosszú távon pedig kiégést okoz a kórházi dolgozóknak.

Az Országos Kórházi Főigazgatóság először elismerte, hogy az ügyeleti rendszer átalakítása után nőtt az esetszám a sürgősségi osztályokon. Később azonban azt írták, országos viszonylatban nem tapasztaltak jelentős növekedést. Erőforrásaikkal a feladatokat el tudják látni.

Az ügyeleti rendszer februártól Pest és Fejér megyében is megváltozott. Pest megyében a korábbi 51 ügyeletből 11 maradt meg, gyermek háziorvosi ügyelet pedig csak 3 városban van.
