Újra OEP lehet a NEAK neve

Visszakaphatja korábbi nevét a Nemzeti Egészségbiztosítási Alapkezelő – írta a 444 a készülő egészségügyi átalakításokról szóló hírek alapján. A lap szerint az új egészségügyi vezetés egyik terve, hogy a NEAK ismét Országos Egészségbiztosítási Pénztár (OEP) néven működjön tovább.

Az intézmény 2017-ben kapta jelenlegi nevét, amikor az akkori átalakítás során több háttérintézményt is átszerveztek.

Az egészségügyi miniszter Facebook-posztjában jelentette be, hogy a NEAK ismét Országos Egészségbiztosítási Pénztár (OEP) néven működhet tovább. Bejegyzése szerint a szervezetet nem egyszerű kifizetőhelyként, hanem értékalapú biztosítóként képzelik el. Az OEP szakmai kialakítására és vezetésére Kaló Zoltánt kérte fel.
